EXERCISES 

The Solelation Method taught in this Mystery School is designed to engage the entire self/SELF.  To actively become aware of and then exercise and train parts of our body-ship   These Exercises are developed to help in connecting with your-self/SELF, grounding, clearing and strengthening.

To engage with this work takes a big commitment with your self/SELF.

You may have been given one or more of these exercises in a session.  Below you will find an audio file of each exercise with an brief explanation of the exercise and how to preform it correctly.

PLEASE practice the first 4 exercises at least once a day.

The first exercises are given to help you clear your energy, connect with your body and ground. Most of the exercises are also designed to exercise certain parts of your Body-ship.  These exercises are to prepare you for the Practices.   The last exercise on this page is Breathe…  This exercise is very good to quiet The Mechanical Mind so that you can properly focus.

 

CALL IN YOUR ENERGY BODY

The purpose of this exercise is to call your energy body closer to you and to repair and rips or tears.  Most of us have an energy body that is wide open and huge.  Your nervous system is frayed and you feel as though there is too much to handle.  We are not designed to handle all this energy.  Whatever is within the size of your energy body is what you will feel responsible for and/or control.  If there are rips and tears in your energy body you would never know because it’s too large. We are designed to have our energy body closer in. Within arms length.  This is a very simple exercise and just takes a few moment to do.  If you would like you can practice making your energy body really really small around your body and feel that. Then make it really big.  Like Goldilocks find just the right fit within your arms length.

Get comfortable sitting or lying down. Just ask yourself to bring you energy body in close to you and imagine pulling it closer to you.  Once you have done that take your hand and scan all over you body and feel and/or see tears or rips in your energy and etheric body.  Then repair with violet light.

ROSE AND SUN

The Rose and Sun exercise is a very nice way to clear your body and energetic fields.  This exercise in two parts. The first is the ROSE, the second is the SUN.

This exercise is not about love – it is about energy.  Consider it like electricity, there are two currents. A/C and D/C.  Even though they are both currents, they don’t do well together or when they are not in own frequency.  So it is with our body.  It was designed to be the vessel for your energy.  Other energies muck up our system.  We are constantly thinking or worrying about someone or something. You don’t feel as though you can connect with yourself.  Energy blocks which can cause pain.  This exercise takes out all the frequencies that are not supporting your body or you highest good. Then the big gold Sun calls back all our energy and nourishes our body.

Start by creating a rose outside your energy body that you have just called in.  In that rose put all people you know in that rose. Once that rose is full, throw it up into the middle of the Universe and blow it up…. let source take it.  Check to see if you need another rose….

Now that your body is clear you want to bring back your energy…. from all people, animals, relationships, time, dimensions, realities and timezones. You will get better results by including all of these “where’s” in your calling back your energy…. Olly olly oxen free…  Once you called yourself back, allow all that self-energy wash around in that gold, allowing the gold to neutralize and energize your energy.  Then call that energy in…. breath it right into your heart and into all your organs, body systems, bones, muscles, etc.

ROOTS AND FOUNTAIN

This is a wonderful exercise that not only grounds you, but also allows you to receive energy from the Earth that is just for you.  Creating two roots from the base of your spine, with one root going down the right leg the other going down the left leg.  Let those roots go all the way to the core of the Earth and wrap around. Release any energy that is not supporting you or of your True Nature. You may see it as a color or feel a sensation going down your legs… if not don’t worry, just imagine that this is happening. Stay focused on this. Allow that energy to go all the way to the center of the Earth’s core and let the Earth energy burn it up and transmute it.

At the same time, ask Mother Earth for some energy that is just for you. Energy that can heal, or clear, or energize, whatever you are feeling your are needing.  Just ask for that energy and receive it up those roots to the base of your spine.  Bring that energy into your hips and to your solar plexus, and into the heart and left and right shoulders, up into the throat and forehead, the third eye, and into your left and right hemispheres of the brain. Creating a figure 8 with this energy between the two hemispheres.  Allowing all that energy from the core of the Earth come all the way up the body to the top of the head, the crown, and spew out 360 degrees around the body, filling up that energy body that is about arms length, falling down all around the body back down to your feet. You can run your energy like this for a few minutes if you would like.

After you have run your energy, you can thank Mother Earth and release the two roots from the core of the Earth.

HI BODY

Use this exercise AFTER you have completed the CALL  IN YOUR ENEGRY BODY and THE ROSE AND  SUN exercises.

HI BODY exercises is to say Hi to your body and to start building a relationship with your self.  

Begin by laying down and placing a hand on your belly and the other over your heart. With your eyes open and speaking aloud, Say “Hi body”.  Start to have a conversation with your body.  Speak out loud.  “Hi body, I am here. You’re safe.” “How can I support you body?”  “Is there anything you would like to let me know?”

Keep the questions to yes or no questions. Not multiple answer questions… one yes or no question at a time. Keep the question very simple and direct. You can ask as many questions you need, to get more clarity, just remember the body does not answer with more that a yes or a no. (The body, when you developed a deeper trust and connection can also give you a number like, “give me a number between 1-100”).  If there is no answer, most likely the question was not clear.  Speak your question(s) out loud.  When you start this conversation you need to start with where you are, where you’ve been,  not where you think you are, or want to be or think you should be etc….   from where you are could sound like, “hi body, I am here. I have to tell you I haven’t been here, I am not sure if I want to be. I dumped it all on you to take care of it and I am not even sure I want to apologize. And,  I am here now,  And I believe I am willing to learn a little bit more about how to be here and how to support you better.”  This may sound very ugly, but that is where you are and it is the start, the beginning of this relationship. we want to start off TRUE.  The body knows True. If you say what it TRUE and you are connected with your body, your body should start to relax and calm down.  The body will tighten when it hears something that is not TRUE.  Later, as you become more sensitive to how the body responds, you will be able to use this as a valuable tool.

BREATH – HOLD – RELEASE

This exercise is quite useful to quiet the mind chatter and bring yourself into focus.  Use this exercise before other exercises if you are not able to focus.

This exercise may seen very similar to some. Often times exercises like these are used in mindfullness and other focusing techniques. We are using this exercise here to not only to focus but to Train the WILL, and notice how we feel.

Take a deep breath in to the stomach, and hold for a count of 4. Then release the breath. After you have let all the air out,  DO NOT BREATH or take another breath for a count of 4.  Repeat this for 10 cycles. During this time, you may feel many things, claustrophobic, anxious, like you cannot breath and need to take a breath, or unable to hold your breath.  When you feel any of these or any thing like this, start over.  Starting again until you have 10 full cycles where you are at complete ease. There is no need to breath, there is no need to let a breath go…. you may feel you can hold for a very long time, without thought of it.  After you have let all the air go, you may feel you have no need to take another…. this is the sensation you want. You are no longer in the Mechanical Mind and are connected to the body.
